Service Description
A comprehensive consultation covering both engagement photos and wedding-day styling. This option allows for a cohesive visual approach from engagement through the wedding day. Following the consultation, eligible clients may be invited to book Styling and/or Day-of Concierge Services based on availability.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure an exceptional experience for all clients, the following policies apply to all consultations, fittings, alterations, styling appointments, and couture services. Non-Refundable Payments All consultation fees, deposits, retainers, measurement appointments, fitting appointments, styling appointments, and service payments are non-refundable. By booking with C.ELLA, you are reserving dedicated time, expertise, and scheduling specifically for your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of any fees paid and may require a new booking fee to secure another appointment. No-Shows & Repeated Cancellations Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit any fees paid. Clients who repeatedly cancel, reschedule, arrive excessively late, or no-show may be declined future services at the sole discretion of C.ELLA. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or canceled based on schedule availability. Fees paid may be forfeited. Custom & Couture Services All custom garments, bridal gowns, suits, alterations, and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for the client. Deposits, design fees, production payments, and completed garments are non-refundable and non-returnable. Clients are responsible for attending required fittings, providing accurate measurements, reviewing timelines, and responding promptly to communications. Delays caused by the client may affect completion dates and do not qualify for refunds. Right to Refuse Service C.ELLA reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services due to repeated policy violations, non-payment, abusive behavior, failure to communicate, or circumstances that prevent successful completion of a project. By booking an appointment or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
