C.ELLA Appointment & Booking Policy
To provide an exceptional experience for every client and to protect the time reserved exclusively for your appointment, the following policies apply to all consultations, fittings, styling appointments, alterations, and couture services.
Non-Refundable Payments
All consultation fees, booking fees, deposits, retainers, measurement appointments, fitting appointments, styling appointments, and service payments are non-refundable.
By booking an appointment with C.ELLA, the Client acknowledges that time, scheduling, preparation, and professional expertise are being reserved specifically for them. As such, no refunds will be issued for completed services, missed appointments, cancellations, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or failure to proceed with a project.
Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or request to reschedule an appointment up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to their scheduled appointment time.
Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of any fees paid and may require a new booking fee to secure another appointment.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
No-Show Policy
A no-show occurs when a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without notice.
Clients who no-show for an appointment will forfeit any fees paid for that appointment.
Repeated no-shows may result in the loss of future booking privileges.
Excessive Cancellations
C.ELLA values professionalism and mutual respect for time.
Clients who repeatedly cancel, frequently reschedule, arrive excessively late, or fail to honor scheduled appointments may be declined future services at the sole discretion of C.ELLA.
The Owner reserves the right to refuse future bookings when a pattern of missed appointments, excessive cancellations, disruptive behavior, or non-compliance with policies is established.
Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on the schedule for that day.
Late arrivals do not guarantee additional appointment time.
If an appointment must be canceled due to tardiness, any fees paid may be forfeited.
Couture & Custom Design Services
All custom couture garments, bridal gowns, suits, alterations, and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for the Client.
Because materials, labor, design development, and production time are allocated exclusively to each project:
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Payments made toward custom garments are non-refundable.
• Design work, sketches, sourcing, pattern development, and production work are non-refundable.
• Completed garments may not be returned for refunds.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
• Attending all required fittings.
• Providing accurate measurements when requested.
• Reviewing timelines before booking.
• Approving design decisions throughout the process.
• Responding to communication in a timely manner.
Delays caused by the Client may affect completion dates and do not qualify for refunds.
Right to Refuse Service
C.ELLA reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time due to inappropriate conduct, abusive behavior, repeated policy violations, failure to communicate, non-payment, or circumstances that prevent successful completion of a project.
Policy Acceptance
By booking an appointment, submitting payment, paying a deposit, or engaging services with C.ELLA, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies stated herein.
